Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Gozars Technology Pvt Ltd (operating as "Quiklee", "we", "us", or "our") through www.quiklee.in and related platforms (the "Service"). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Services provided by us are not returnable & non refundable and Cancellation is not applicable.

Please note that this policy applies to all services without exception, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Quiklee in writing.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Cancellation Policy covers:

• Delivery, fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, tracking, and related technology services offered by Quiklee
• Paid plans, subscriptions, deposits, prepaid credits, and service packages purchased through the Platform
• Service orders, manifests, pickups, and shipments initiated after purchase or activation of the Service

2. No Cancellation After Purchase

Once a service has been purchased, activated, or otherwise accepted by you, cancellation is not applicable. All such purchases are final.

• Cancellations are not accepted after purchase
• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued once the service has been purchased (see our Pricing & Returns Policy)

3. Service Orders and Shipments

After a service order, shipment, or related logistics activity has been created, confirmed, or handed over for processing:

• You may not cancel the underlying paid service engagement solely because a particular shipment is delayed, rescheduled, or unsuccessful
• Operational changes such as RTO, failed delivery, or rescheduling do not amount to cancellation of the purchased Service
• Any request to stop, hold, or reverse a shipment is handled as an operational instruction only, and does not create a right of cancellation or refund unless Quiklee expressly agrees in writing

4. Account Deactivation is Not Cancellation of Purchase

You may request deactivation of your account by writing to your Account Manager or emailing business@quiklee.in. Account deactivation does not entitle you to cancel or reverse previously purchased services, fees, or non-refundable charges.

5. Exceptions

Quiklee may, at its sole discretion, consider limited exceptions only where:

• Required under applicable law; or
• There is a proven duplicate charge, technical billing error, or service never activated solely due to Quiklee's fault; or
• Quiklee has expressly agreed to a cancellation or commercial adjustment in writing

Any such exception, if granted, does not waive or modify this policy for future purchases.

6. How to Raise a Query

If you believe your request falls under a permitted exception, contact us promptly with:

• Registered account email / business name
• Invoice or transaction reference
• Date of purchase / service activation
• Clear description of the issue and supporting evidence

We will review complete requests and respond within a reasonable time. Submission of a query does not guarantee cancellation or refund.

7. Relationship with Other Policies

This Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Pricing & Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict on cancellation matters, this Cancellation Policy and the non-refundable nature of services shall control, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
